We can manufacture DC motors below 3V-36V, with power output under 40W and diameter dimensions under 45mm.
Our standard gearbox can be matched with other motors. The matched brush, brushless, hollow cup, and stepping motor must match the shape configuration of our gearbox. Matching with different motors may require custom proofing to avoid low efficiency, energy loss, or reduced lifespan.
As a gearbox manufacturer with full R&D capabilities, we support customers in providing us with the gearbox shape, required reduction ratio, and output speed. We will develop customized products for you. Alternatively, you can provide your own R&D design and we will optimize it for production and assembly.
To facilitate long-term cooperation, we generally provide standard samples free of charge, with the freight covered by the customer. If we receive your formal batch order, the sample fee can be refunded or offset. We appreciate your support and understanding on this point.

In general, standard gearboxes are delivered within 2 weeks. For customized products, we usually send samples for confirmation within 30-45 days after the designs are approved, and then finalize the delivery schedule based on the order quantity.
