Our factory covers a workplace area of 1,500 square meters and there are more than 110 employees. Our customers are able to communicate with us freely in English and Japanese.

We can offer a full service for molding parts. We specialize in part design and development. We integrate the three key elements of industrial design, product design and tooling design early on and throughout the design process. These three elements are combined with an in-depth background of plastic's engineering that helps to insure our customer's satisfaction! A good design is the heart of a mould; therefore, we pay special attention to the mould construction, cooling channels and moving mechanisms to ensure the highest quality parts are delivered from its mould at the minimum cycle. All moulds are carefully designed to maximize its service life and to ease maintenance. Our company has a group of design engineers who have academic credentials above four years education and abundant practical experience. We use the internationally advanced CAD/CAM/CAE software system.

We have a good project work flow for ensuring the quality. Once we receive the RFQ from our customers, we will provide the quotation for customers in 2 days. Meanwhile, we will do the DFM (design for manufacture) to customer and give clear advice for parts design problem. We will check all items during mould steel hardness inspection, mould electrodes inspection, mould core and cavity steel dimension inspection, mould pre-assembly inspection, mould trial report and samples inspection, mould pre-shipment final inspection and export mould package inspection.
